This collection of free S blend worksheets includes a range of fun activities and challenges to keep students engaged in their learning.
Word blends are usually introduced in Kindergarten.
Common s blends include:
- sc – as in scarf, school, scare
- sk – as in skip, skirt, skate
- sl – as in slip, slide, slow
- sm – as in smile, smoke, small
- sn – as in snake, snow, snack
- sp – as in spoon, space, spot
- st – as in star, stop, stone
- sw – as in swing, swim, sweet
All the worksheets are designed to be printed onto A4 paper. Make sure you select the “shrink to fit” option when printing to avoid any cut-offs on your print.
