This collection of free L blend worksheets includes a range of fun activities and challenges to keep students engaged in their learning.
Word blends are usually introduced in Kindergarten.
Common L-blends include:
- bl – as in blue, block, blow
- cl – as in clap, climb, clock
- fl – as in flag, fly, flower
- gl – as in glass, glue, glad
- pl – as in play, plant, plate
- sl – as in slide, slow, slip
All the worksheets are designed to be printed onto A4 paper. Make sure you select the “shrink to fit” option when printing to avoid any cut-offs on your print.
