This collection of free R blend worksheets includes a range of fun activities and challenges to keep students engaged in their learning.
Word blends are usually introduced in Kindergarten.
Common R-blends include:
- br – as in brick, brush, bread
- cr – as in crab, crash, crydr – as in drum, drive, drop
- fr – as in frog, fruit, frame
- gr – as in grass, green, grow
- pr – as in press, prize, print
- tr – as in tree, train, trip
All the worksheets are designed to be printed onto A4 paper. Make sure you select the “shrink to fit” option when printing to avoid any cut-offs on your print.
