This collection of free multiplication arrays worksheets includes a range of fun activities and challenges to keep students engaged in their learning.
Multiplication arrays is usually introduced in Grade 2, for 5×5 arrays. In Grade 3, we step up to larger arrays.
The first five worksheets are targeted at Grade 2; the following five are targeted at Grade 3.
All the worksheets are designed to be printed onto A4 paper. Make sure you select the “shrink to fit” option when printing to avoid any cut-offs on your print.

Grade 2
2.OA.A.4: Use addition to find the total number of objects arranged in rectangular arrays with up to 5 rows and up to 5 columns; write an equation to express the total as a sum of equal addends.
Grade 3
3.OA.A.1: Interpret products of whole numbers, e.g., interpret 5 × 7 as the total number of objects in 5 groups of 7 objects each. For example, describe a context in which a total number of objects can be expressed as 5 × 7.
